Grape Wealth Management SMS Terms & Privacy

Program description
Grape Wealth Management may send text messages to people who expressly opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, requested follow-up, client-service updates, retirement education, and occasional information about Grape Wealth Management services.
How consent is obtained
By checking the SMS consent box, I agree to receive recurring text messages from Grape Wealth Management about appointment reminders, service updates, and retirement education or marketing at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing advisory services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
The SMS checkbox is optional and must be left unchecked by default. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving advisory services. Grape Wealth Management records the source, date, and disclosure associated with consent.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on appointments, service activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless plan.
Opting out and getting help

SMS privacy
Grape Wealth Management may collect a name, mobile phone number, communication preferences, consent records, and message history to operate the SMS program and respond to requests. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent sharing with service providers that help deliver messages, provided they use the information only to perform services for Grape Wealth Management, or disclosures required by law.
Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service may not be available on every device or through every carrier. Grape Wealth Management may change or end the SMS program at any time and will update these terms when appropriate.
Eligibility and responsibility
By opting in, the subscriber confirms that they are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided. Subscribers are responsible for notifying Grape Wealth Management if the number changes or is reassigned.
